Using her background in behavioral science and her experience leading teams in corporate, government, and non-profit sectors, she’s guided more than 40 businesses through complex transformations, and her methods are used by Fortune 500 enterprises and small businesses alike.
Jessica’s multi-year study on workplace trends included input from more than 200,000 employees and revealed the formula for leading high-performing teams in the post-pandemic era.
Her perspective-shifting keynotes have educated and inspired hundreds of audiences – including the annual conferences for psychologists, CEOs, marketers, HR professionals, emergency responders, entrepreneurs, civic groups, boards of directors, and government leaders.
She holds a master’s degree in Leadership from Duquesne and studied Executive Influence at Wharton. Based in Gettysburg, she owns a boutique consulting firm, and she’s the proud mom of a former U.S. Army Paratrooper from the 82nd Airborne Division.
